Position Overview:
As a Service Advisor at Walters Mercedes-Benz, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service from the moment they arrive. You will be the first point of contact, responsible for managing their service needs, explaining repair processes, and coordinating with our technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for making outbound sold and unsold follow-up calls to recent service department customers
  • Take ownership of the customer experience by handling additional assignments that leave a positive impression.
  • Oversee DMS databases for communication cycles with customers
  • Provide concierge support for all customer inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to ensure seamless service.
  • Educate self on latest service & product offerings, including pricing
  • Handle all incoming service appointments and non appointment customers
  • Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
  • Prepared to interact with customers via phone calls every day (similar to call center processes)
  • Check email and text messages frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
  • Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is effectively sold to service customers.
  • Efficiently distribute work among technicians to optimize productivity.

Requirements:

  • Organized and friendly personality with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage others and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance.
  • Clean driving record and willingness to undergo pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor required; experience with CDK software preferred.
  • Must be Bilingual
