Job Overview and Requirements:

• Location : Sugar Hill, GA
• Job Hours: Part-Time, fulltime
• Pay :45000-55000 salary/year
• Required Education: High School diploma or equivalent, culinary degree preferred
• Required Experience: Minimum 2 years cake decorating experience
• Certifications: Servsafe Food Handlers or equivalent
• Physical Requirements: Able to stand for extended periods and lift 50 lbs.
• Other: Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must be eligible for Company Vehicle insurance.

DUTIES:

• Responsible for baking cakes, desserts and cake decorating.
• Must be familiar with basic textures such as stone, horizontal, stucco, wedding dots and palette.
• Must have a working knowledge of food coloring, fondant, edible images, and cake design.
