Description

Walters Wedding Estates, a Walters Hospitality brand, is actively looking for a Stationery Customer Service Associate who will be the first point of contact for our clients and will provide them with all our product/services information.

The best Customer Service Associates are genuinely excited to help clients and are detail-oriented, outgoing, engaging, and passionately communicative. The roles’ goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to client inquiries, manage multiple clients through the ordering process and maintain high client satisfaction.

We are looking for:

  • A self-starter, detail oriented, highly organized, and has knowledge or is eager to learn about the stationery industry
  • A person who can develop a sales plan to grow new and existing accounts
  • A person with exceptional customer service skills involving following up and follow through
  • Customer Service:
  • Take on client introductory/onboarding calls and in-person meetings
  • Assist customers with product selection, customization options, and order placement.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Must focus on timely client communication and responsiveness through emails, client portals, phone calls and in-person consultations
  • Must keep very detailed order notes on each client
  • Must be available for all in-person client meetings
  • Must attend monthly open houses
  • Attend weekly BEO meetings
  • Sales:

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls/emails.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
    • Present and demonstrate our product offerings at sales showcases and events.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
    • Create custom quote generation for clients
    • Introduce our clients to different packages and upsell them
  • Administrative:

    • Update and manage customer information in our CRM system.
    • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure customer orders are accurate and timely.
    • Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management
    • Responsible for mailing samples and products to clients

Job Overview and Qualifications:

Location: Dallas, TX & Denton, TX

Job Hours:

  • Full-time ( Mon-Fri 9am to 4pm) with opportunities to add additional hours
  • Will be required to cover occasional weeknight shifts for Open House Hours from 5pm to 9pm.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience

Required Experience: At least 2 years of customer service experience

Required Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, client orientation, and ability to adapt/respond to different client needs, ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

Physical Requirements: Able to sit and view a computer screen for long periods and able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
