Position Summary

The Global Reporting and Communications Associate is responsible for facilitating the creation of and drafting effective internal and external communications across all levels of the organization. This role ensures that data and information are accurately reported and disseminated, enhancing transparency and consistency in corporate messaging.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

1.Communication Strategy, Preparation and Drafting:

  • Assist in the development, drafting and execution of communication strategies to enhance visibility and understanding of corporate initiatives and project or fund performance.
  • Craft clear and concise communication materials for a variety of platforms, including project updates, newsletters, and portal updates.
  • Ensure alignment of communications with corporate branding and messaging guidelines.

2.Reporting and Data Analysis:

  • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of periodic reports across departments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Analyze data trends to support decision-making and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and manage high-level communications for executive leadership, including presentations, memos, and briefing materials.
  • Review and interpret project level financial models for investor communications.

3.Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate smooth information flow and address any discrepancies in communications.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, managing invitations, and summarizing outcomes.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and enhance communication effectiveness.

4.Project Management:

  • Support the management of communication projects from inception through completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to senior management.
  • Address and resolve issues that may arise during project execution.

5.Miscellaneous

  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Track key communications trends, tactics, and issues to inform internal and external campaigns.
  • Work closely with a cross-functional team of internal partners, navigating a matrixed organization effectively.
  • Frequently interact and collaborate with senior leadership.
  • Conceptualize, compose, and edit communications supporting various regional and firmwide initiatives across the firm’s global operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, Financial Reporting or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a communications, reporting, investor relations or analytics role.
  • Experience working at a multinational corporation is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multinational team environment.
  • Proven organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex financial information in clear, accessible language.
