Job Description: Evening Cleaning Technician

Position: Evening Cleaning Technician
Location: Beaufort, SC (Hair Salon)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM - 10:00/11:00 PM
Hours: 3-4 hours per evening
Pay: Bi-weekly

Overview: Walton's Janitorial and Landscaping is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Evening Cleaning Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of a hair salon, ensuring it remains a welcoming and pristine environment for clients and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, sinks, and mirrors.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Wipe down salon chairs, counters, and other surfaces.
• Replenish restroom supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any issues or necessary repairs.
• Ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard within the allotted time frame.
• Adhere to all company policies and health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation to and from the salon.
• Good physical condition; ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
