Position Overview:

We are looking for a flexible and dependable On-Call Cleaning Manager to join our team. This role is designed for someone who can adapt to a dynamic schedule and is available to manage and perform cleaning duties as needed. The On-Call Cleaning Manager will be responsible for cleaning locations, overseeing cleaning operations, conducting on-site assessments, hiring, and supervising cleaning staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- On-Call Availability: Be available to respond to cleaning needs at various locations as required. You will be contacted each time a job becomes available.

- Cleaning Operations: Perform cleaning tasks at different locations, ensuring that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.

- On-Site Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of cleaning sites to ensure quality control and adherence to company standards.

- Hiring and Training: Assist in hiring new cleaning staff and provide comprehensive training to ensure all team members meet our quality expectations.

- Supervision: Oversee cleaning staff during assignments, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.

- Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients during on-call assignments, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.

- Supply Management: Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and adequately stocked at each location.

- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of work performed, employee attendance, and any issues encountered during shifts.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the cleaning or janitorial industry.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexible schedule and willingness to be on-call as needed.

- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various locations.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
