ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:
- Create and issue new AIA contract documents
- Create and issue new AIA qualification documents
- Assist in review of project contract documents
- Submittal and Shop Drawing Management and Review
- Assist Project Managers with any project correspondence
- Prepare, log and manage RFI correspondence
- Project start-up procedures, including permitting and plan review
- Project Meeting Minutes
- Preparation of Subcontracts, Purchase Agreements and Change Orders
- Assemble project closeout documents including operations and maintenance manuals (O&M), as-built drawings and warranty letters
- Compiling Bid Packages and facilitating bid delivery
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4 Year Degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook and InDesign
- Previous AIA document experience
