ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:

  • Create and issue new AIA contract documents
  • Create and issue new AIA qualification documents
  • Assist in review of project contract documents
  • Submittal and Shop Drawing Management and Review
  • Assist Project Managers with any project correspondence
  • Prepare, log and manage RFI correspondence
  • Project start-up procedures, including permitting and plan review
  • Project Meeting Minutes
  • Preparation of Subcontracts, Purchase Agreements and Change Orders
  • Assemble project closeout documents including operations and maintenance manuals (O&M), as-built drawings and warranty letters
  • Compiling Bid Packages and facilitating bid delivery

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4 Year Degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook and InDesign
  • Previous AIA document experience
