Ashtabula County Medical Center (ACMC) in Ashtabula, OH is hiring a Perm Neurologist! ACMC is an affiliate of the Cleveland Clinic and invites you to consider a dynamic opportunity with our multispecialty group practice which incudes 60 employed providers; 21 of which are primary care. - Full-time negotiable schedule
- On call 10 days per month
- 100% adult population of patients
- 0-5% trauma-based
- 95% outpatient, 5% inpatient, 0% rehab, 0% sleep (negotiable)
- 50 Physicians in the group with 10 APP
- Lab onsite
- X-Ray onsite
- Ancillary Office Staff: 1 EMG tec, 1 LPN, Shared Receptionist
- Equipment: EMG
- EMR - EPIC
- Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
- Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
- Not accepting Locums candidates
- Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days - contingent on requested information being returned timely
- Salary range: $300,000-$500,000 (including all bonuses) depending upon experience. Market-competitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines (to be discussed at interview).
- Sign on bonus - negotiable
- Relocation allowance
- 3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview): Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)
- $5000 CME credit
- Medical Plan: Deductibles as low as $200; Coinsurance 95/5 for tier 1 coverage; No out-of-pocket expense for routine care for both tier 1 and tier 2; Access to care at the ACMC Healthcare System and Cleveland Clinic; Dental and Vision plans; Flexible Spending Accounts

- State experience with procedures (add to "Experience" field): lumbar puncture, muscle biopsy, EEG, brain death exam, EMG, Botox
