PROJECT ARCHITECT ROLE

Role Starting Pay: [$80k-$100k salary. May include 90 day evaluation raise, etc]

Role Location: 5825 Glenridge Drive, Sandy Springs, GA 30328

Direct Reports: Principals

Role Purpose: Lead the design team while maintaining effective internal and external communication to help provide ideal client results in a rapidly growing architecture practice.

You will lead the design team and communicate throughout all project phases in a way that inspires others and delivers exceptional service and value to the client. Communicating and building trust with the client, consultants, contractors, and in-office team is paramount. Primarily focus on production of design documents during programming, conceptual design, design development, construction documentation, bidding /negotiation, and construction observation. You will support the company as a whole by supervising at least three interns/drafters in the production of design documents while leading and encouraging their professional growth. You will report to two principals.

This role is critical to the company. You will need to be enrolled in the vision of the business. You will need to understand how our practice thrives. Developing and sharing a passion for what we do, and excitement about our daily operations and team members, is an integral part of performing within this role. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
