Ware is Hiring a Warehouse Associate Near Louisville, KY

WARE is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts
- Perform bi-yearly service truck inventory counts
- Investigates and reconciles inventory and reports
- Perform warehouse reports & audits
- Prepare and process customer returns and warranty claims
- Assists with shipping and receiving, multiple locations as needed
- Drive and operate forklift
- Purchase inventory and material needed for job and sales orders
- Maintain safe and efficient shipping area and dock
- Keep work area orderly and clean
- Follow all safety procedures
- Perform other duties as requested
- Overtime as necessary
- Ability to drive a forklift
- Ability to lift up to 65 pounds, without assistance or restriction
- Ability to carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
- Manual dexterity required to use hands and fingers to handle or feel inventory, with ability to also use a keyboard and calculator
- Frequently required to stand for long stretches of time, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Specific vision abilities require close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Full time, hourly position, $18-$24/hr (commensurate with experience)

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 2 years shipping/receiving warehouse experience
- Self-Starter
- Forklift experience
- Experience with purchasing

- Strong organizational skills that reflect proven ability to multi-task and own the details
- Flexible, with ability to pivot and handle changing priorities
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Technologically inclined, adaptable to new software and programs
- Excellent time-management skills
