Job Summary:

You will be working along side your General Managers and Store Team Members to develop your understanding of our unique business and help prepare you to take on a management role in the future!

Responsibilities:
- Learn and develop skills in team management, inventory replenishment, and customer service techniques.
- Gain hands-on experience in retail math, leadership, and organizational management.
- Assist in point-of-sale (POS) operations and shift management.
- Participate in inventory management, including math calculations for stock levels.
- Support the store team in daily operations and customer interactions.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic math calculations.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the drive to learn and manage teams effectively.
