Job Overview:

We are seeking a Store Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a focus on providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Conduct technical sales for specialized products
- Help with unloading trucks as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash register operation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of stock procedures in a retail environment
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- Ability to perform basic sales techniques
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
