SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
The Building Maintenance Engineer I is responsible for preventative maintenance of property building, grounds, and mechanical equipment.

WORK HOURS: Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Team members must be able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Is this position responsible for selling, serving, or distributing alcoholic beverages? NoDoes this position have comp authority? NoAbility to secure and maintain NE Gaming License required.
Other Certifications? Journeyman or Trade Certification, OSHA 10, Drivers’ License.
