Warm Hearts Group Home prides itself in providing service to those adults/seniors who are disabled and behaviorally challenged. Group home staff is responsible for providing assistance in daily living tasks, ensuring the safety and welfare of the clients, and offering emotional support as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age, CPR/First Aid (preferred), high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license (preferred), reliable transportation, dependable, successfully pass a drug screen and background check, at least six months verifiable work history with adults/seniors.
Responsibilities:
Meal planning and cooking, instruct and assist with household cleaning, client personal care, and hygiene, provide and supervise daily activities, documenting, dispensing medication, monitoring dosages, running errands, and transport to doctor's appointments.
Schedule:
8 and 12-hour shifts available, Day and Night Shifts, Holidays and Weekends
