Your New Role The Director, Global Business Transformation position is focused on the execution and management of critical strategic and operational projects across WBD’s 3 business segments. These projects will center on growth, innovation, and synergy opportunities. The role will be responsible for structuring, managing and successfully delivering complex end-to-end, cross-functional strategic projects across a variety of subjects / functions at WBD. The role will be tasked with conducting analyses to identify solutions and create hypotheses, present findings to senior stakeholders and ensure the successful implementation of the recommendations. This role will demand very strong organizational and structuring skills, strong analytics, a high degree of collaboration/partnership with members of different groups both domestically and internationally, including senior business stakeholders, and corporate groups. The ability to independently shepherd complex interactions and situations is essential. Your Role Accountabilities
Strategic Planning and Problem Structuring - Guide strategic thinking to identify, prioritize, design, structure and manage projects that support WBD strategic and operational priorities
Maintain updated understanding of WBD strategy and interactions among stakeholders
Support and lead in identification, definition, and structuring of operational implications from WBD strategic priorities
Support the identification and structuring of issues/questions to be solved, and the structuring of related projects
Support and lead the definition and socialization of analytical frameworks to support strategy execution
Responsible for the appropriate pace/on time execution of projects:
Prepare and manage project plans and timelines
Assemble representative project teams
Conduct meetings / drive the agenda
Escalate issues as required
Maintain updated documentation of projects
Define relevant financial and metric information and coordinate effort to ensure appropriate tracking
Client Management and Communication – Develop, manage, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to help support planning and execution of projects
Facilitate flow of information between stakeholders (through both strong written and verbal communication)
Act as catalyst for effective alignment between groups: help expose needs, interdependency, limitations, constraints, and mitigate potential silo approaches
Document and present findings from analysis process
Establish productive and collaborative relationships with peers and senior / executive stakeholders in wider WBD business
Analysis – Conduct analysis to identify solutions, present findings and help execute changes to business process that align to WBD strategic goals
Perform detailed analysis tasks that include: process mapping/design, data gathering/validation, data modeling/analysis, and other relevant tasks related to hypothesis generation
Structure high-level and ambiguous problems soundly, develop clear insights and effectively translate it to work planning and process, using both qualitative and quantitative methods
Help identify relevant links, interdependencies, and synergies within WBD business
Translate links/interdependencies within WBD business into relevant solutions that support project definition or alignment of strategy within the wider WBD business
Define and/or leverage analytical frameworks for analysis
Syndicate analysis and incorporate feedback
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 8 Years of Experience with strong emphasis on experience in strategy/management consulting or another discipline which focuses on strategic problem structuring / critical thinking
Media & Entertainment experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/production Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field or equivalent experience.
MBA preferred
Strong analytical acumen and orientation to find strategic solutions and skills in conducting effective questioning to break down complex issues and opportunities into core elements
Strong facilitation and negotiation skills: Effective stakeholder management, building commitment and trust, influencing others positively
Strong change management experience and the ability to articulate solutions at varying degrees of granularity to different audiences
Strong ability to manage and drive complex projects, multiple stakeholders and articulate the dependencies and interrelationships
You appreciate change, you’re highly flexible and adaptable
Determination to keep momentum in project delivery, focusing on ‘what can be done today’ to move a project forward and focus on delivering on next steps. Anticipate potential delay and adjust as required
Strong written and oral communication skills to include the ability to articulate problems and solutions clearly, to conduct brainstorming sessions, etc.
Organizational, project, and priority management skills for planning, executing, and following up on issues, projects and daily responsibilities in order to meet established deadlines.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $130,760.00 - $242,840.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
