Qualifications
•A valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of [state]

Responsibilities
•Assessing and monitoring residents with wounds, skin ulcers, and pressure injuries
•Developing, implementing, and evaluating wound care plans for individual residents
•Providing wound care treatments such as wound cleansing, dressing changes, and debridement
•Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of resident care
•Educating and instructing residents, families, and staff on wound prevention and management
•Documenting assessments, treatments, and progress for accurate record-keeping
