Basic Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years of physical therapy experience.
- Licensed to practice physical therapy in Virginia
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with certification.
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) required.
- Ability to work during clinic hours.
- Proficiency with EMRs and daily note completion.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to patient success.
