Warrior Logistics is a rapidly growing independent logistics platform company delivering transportation services to multiple clients across the United States. We are looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter in Grapevine, Texas who possesses a minimum of five years as a recruiting specialist, preferably with experience hiring DOT drivers. You will be responsible for all aspects of the recruiting process from sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and ensuring the compliance of the driver files. You will be the first point of contact for new employees and represent the company as a brand ambassador.

  • Manage Process from Application to Hire
  • Ensure Driver File Compliance
  • Coordinate Recruitment Activities
  • Support Fair Hiring Practices
  • Develop Recruiting and Retention strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, transportation industry experience preferred
  • Experience with Driver ATS systems (Tenstreet, DriverReach) and HRIS systems
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills

  • Networking –skilled networker, able to build professional relationships and identify opportunities to connect individuals in networks with opportunities.

  • Creative and problem-solving skills – ability to think out of the box and develop solutions in ambiguity.
  • Communication skills – excellent written and verbal communication, must effectively communicate with job candidates and managers within the organization, as well as client and vendors.
  • Customer-service oriented and pleasant phone manner. Must always maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor.
  • Works independently with little or no supervision.
