We are looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter in Grapevine, Texas who possesses a minimum of five years as a recruiting specialist, preferably with experience hiring DOT drivers. You will be responsible for all aspects of the recruiting process from sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and ensuring the compliance of the driver files. You will be the first point of contact for new employees and represent the company as a brand ambassador.

• Ensure Driver File Compliance
• Coordinate Recruitment Activities
• Support Fair Hiring Practices
• Develop Recruiting and Retention strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, transportation industry experience preferred
• Experience with Driver ATS systems (Tenstreet, DriverReach) and HRIS systems
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills

The Lead Recruiter’s compensation will depend on skills and experience level; additionally, health insurance benefits are included, and annual bonus potential.
