Warwick Hotel is Hiring a Purchasing Manager Near Dallas, TX
The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for ordering supplies for the hotel, assisting with monthly inventory, ensuring that all product is properly stored and labeled in a clean area along with other duties given by the Director of Food and Beverage, Executive Chef and direct supervisor. This position needs a person that is successful on his/her own and in a team atmosphere. This position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Manage supplier relationships to ensure contract compliance.
Previous purchasing experience preferred.
