As a new Case Manager at our South Provo location, you can expect a fulfilling and dynamic role. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting client assessments, developing and implementing care plans, coordinating services with external providers, and monitoring client progress. Your empathetic nature and problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you work closely with individuals facing mental health challenges. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, providing you with a consistent schedule to make a positive impact in the lives of those in need.

Strong interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication skills are crucial for documenting client progress and coordinating care plans.

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check.
