As a Part Time Human Service Worker/Respite Worker at Wasatch Behavioral Health, you will play a crucial role in the development and social adjustment of our youth. Through interactive processes and role modeling, you will provide one-on-one support, assist with goal setting, and offer social norm coaching. Your contributions to implementing behavioral modification treatment programs and plans will be instrumental in promoting the psychosocial skills development. From supervising clients and planning activities to managing crisis situations and providing adjunctive services like meal preparation, your role will be diverse and impactful. Your attention to detail in documenting client behaviors and collaborating with licensed staff will ensure the highest quality of care.
By participating in meetings and assisting with document reviews, you will contribute to a cohesive and effective care team.
We offer a competitive wage starting at $15.62-$19.79 per hour DOE.
