Project Manager/Inside Sales – PPD

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager that naturally provides outstanding support to clients and staff! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively juggle multiple tasks at one time, and have keen attention to detail, we want to talk to you!

Summary:

As a Project Manager at Wasatch Container, you will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline. Your responsibilities include developing project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time. The right person will easily provide support and direction to our sales team and to our customers.

Responsibilities:

-Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

-Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.

-Develop detailed project plan to track progress.

-Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

-Manage the relationship with the client and stakeholders.

-Provide stellar inside support to sales staff.

-Develop a thorough understanding of manufacturing capabilities.

-Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

-Must be able to independently determine what needs to be done to move a project forward and take the required action to do so.

Qualifications:

-Proven excellence in customer satisfaction.

-Exceptionally driven and proactive.

-Excellent oral and written communication skills.

-Good math aptitude.

-Capable of reading technical drawings.

-Minimum 2 years’ experience in Project Management, preferably in manufacturing. The highest level of preference will be given to candidates with experience in corrugated, foam fabrication and/or wood working.

-PMP preferred but not required.

-Driver’s license and personal vehicle required.
