We're seeking a friendly and reliable attendant to assist customers, maintain cleanliness, wash and fold laundry and ensure a smooth operation at our state-of-the-art laundromat. We are looking to fill the following shifts:

• Monday - Friday: 4pm - Close (8-9pm)

Job Duties Entail:

• Greeting customers and create a welcoming environment - assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service!
• Answering phones and respond to customer inquiries.
• Cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of of the storefront including lobby, bathrooms, and office - dusting, sweeping, mopping, cleaning and maintaining machinery, etc.
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory.
• Operate POS system for drop off orders, process credit card payments accurately, and assist with kiosk transactions/questions for customers.
• Wash and fold incoming g laundry orders

Job skills:

• Customer Service: Ability to interact courteously and helpfully with customers.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring machines are used properly, identifying and resolving issues, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Problem-Solving: Resolving machine malfunctions or customer issues efficiently.
• Time Management: Prioritizing tasks to ensure smooth operations
• Flexibility and Adaptability: Being open to varied tasks or changes in routine that come with the flow of customers and day-to-day operations.

No experience required - we will train the right person!
