Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a CTE Innovation Program Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for successfully coordinating the Career Tech Innovation Program in the service area of Hyde, Tyrrell, and Washington counties. The program aims to make dual enrollment through Career and College Promise (CCP), work-based learning, workforce credentials, and career advising more accessible to students and improve economic development in the region.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and any of the following credentials: Current continuing professional teaching license in any CTE area; or
• Current continuing professional license as Curriculum Instructional Specialist; or ? Current continuing professional license as Instructional Technology Specialist; or ? Current continuing professional license as School Administrator
• Master's degree preferred.
• Five (5) years within the past eight (8) years of related work experience as a coordinator, director, and educational leader. Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, education, or workforce development is preferred.
• Knowledge of career and technical education programs and workforce development strategies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including students, educators, employers, and community members.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
