**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings and possess a range of clinical skills to provide quality patient care. **Duties:** - Perform nursing care following established nursing service objectives and standards - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician - Monitor patient vital signs and report any deviations from normal - Assist in medical procedures including phlebotomy, venipuncture, and other clinical tasks - Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality following HIPAA guidelines - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care - Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families **Experience:** - Previous experience in an assisted living facility, clinic, or behavioral health setting preferred - Proficiency in basic life support (BLS) and venipuncture techniques - Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems - Knowledge of ICD-9 coding and documentation practices - Experience working in a Level II Trauma Center is a plus Joining our team offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment where you can make a difference in the lives of patients.
