We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as an Admissions Nurse. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and possess a diverse skill set in various nursing specialties.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments for incoming patients

- Coordinate admissions process and ensure smooth transition for patients

- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop individualized care plans

- Provide specialized care in areas such as memory care, pediatrics, inpatient, home care, and working with people with developmental disabilities

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

- Monitor patient progress and update medical records accordingly

- Perform catheter care and other nursing procedures as needed

Requirements:

- Valid RN license and BLS certification

- Experience in hospital medicine, geriatrics, or related fields

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems

- Compassionate attitude towards patients and families

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week

Experience:

• Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
