Washington Regional is Hiring an Admitting Supervisor (Full-Time, shift varies from 4:00AM-6:00PM) Near Fayetteville, AR
Essential Position Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training materials and oversee training of staff within the department
- Maintain a department that functions efficiently and professionally
- Ensure admitting staff perform upfront collection duties accurately and meet established goals
- Review QA reports daily and monitor for errors to ensure effective training is achieved
- Ensure that department wide QA reports maintain an accuracy of 95% or higher
- Assist leadership with development of policies and procedures
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Licensure and Certifications: N/A
- Experience: Minimum 1 years’ experience in a previous supervisory, management, or leadership role, required. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hospital admitting setting, required. Familiarity with medical terminology, CPT, and ICD10 coding, preferred.
