Washington River Protection Solutions is Hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer Near Richland, WA

Washington River Protection Solutions (WRPS) is in search of a Quality Assurance Engineer (QAE) to be responsible for providing quality assurance/control engineering services in support of the Tank Farm Operating Contact (TOC) activities.

Primary responsibility will be the development, implementation, and maintenance of the QA Management System (QMS). Perform annual reviews and updates of the TOC core QMS documents, including the

:* QA Polic

y* QA Program Description (QAPD

)* QA Graded Approach Descriptio

n* Project Specific QA Program Plans as required

    Ensure the TOC QMS effectively implements DOE 414.1, 10 CFR 830 Subpart A, American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) NQA-1, and other contract commitment
  • s.Coordinate QMS changes with internal stake holders and ensure effective flow down of applicable QA requirements in implementing procedure
  • s.Manage the WRPS Nonconformance Reporting (NCR) process in accordance with NQA-1 Part I Basic Requirement 1
  • 5.Develop and maintain procedures, training material, desktop guides, and other implementing tool
  • s.Assist with the deployment and maintenance of NCR tracking databases such as the integrated Contractor Assurance System (iCAS
  • ).Assist with the implementation of the Hanford Analytical Services Quality Assurance Requirements Document (HASQARD) and environmental QA requiremen
  • tsManage the WRPS Suspect and Counterfeit Item (S/CI) identification and tracking progra
