Washington State Bank is Hiring a Bank Teller/Customer Service Representative Near Washington, IL

  • Proficient in using CSI NuPoint core system and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Open new accounts, update existing accounts, and remove closed account records from bank databases.
  • Develop an understanding of products and services, and communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Perform teller transactions with proficiency.
  • Assist in the process of investigating and detecting fraudulent transactions.
  • Assist with stop payments, transfers, check orders, online banking, ATM/debit cards and returned mail.
  • Provide teller support and assist with back end operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week
