Location: Natural Resources Building- Olympia, WA

Work Hours and Partial Telework flexibility may be available and considered

Salary: $5,891.00 - $7,926.00 Monthly

Responsibilities:

• Primary technical support of desktop and laptop computers
• Zendesk administration and support
• Rotating duty as Point of Contact (POC) for Service Desk team
• Rotating on-call duty as Wildfire Point of Contact for the Service Desk team during wildfire season (May-Nov)
• Lifecycle management of agency inventory of desktop and laptop computers

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a closely related field and:
• 4 years experience in desktop engineering and desktop support in an enterprise environment of 1000 devices
• 4 years experience maintaining and troubleshooting Office 365 or newer and Windows 10 or newer.
• The above experience can be gained concurrently for 4 years OR a combination of education and/or equivalent experience.
