The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.

Job DescriptionPrimary Duties & Responsibilities
- Greets, directs, and assists all customers.
- Provides customer service via telephone, email, and in person.
- Receives vendor deliveries, unpacks cartons, and stores items appropriately.
- Maintains stockroom inventory levels.
- Responds promptly to customer's concerns and follow up when applicable. May provide information on department products available for purchase and process transactions.
- Maintain the appearance of the reception area and front desk area. Keeps the area neat and well stocked with supplies utilized by customers and staff.
- Maintains files; such as spreadsheets and databases.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent high school certification.
- One year of relevant work experience.
