Scheduled Hours 40 Position SummaryThe Mokalled laboratory is seeking applicants for a Research Opportunity in the Department of Developmental Biology at Washington University School of Medicine. Our lab uses zebrafish, mouse and human iPSC model systems to study neuronal and glial regeneration after injury or disease. We welcome ambitious applicants with enthusiasm for neuroscience, bioinformatics, regenerative biology, zebrafish or cell reprogramming research. Working ConditionsThis position works in a laboratory environment with potential exposure to biological and chemical hazards. The individual must be physically able to wear protective equipment and to provide standard care to research animals. Salary RangeBase pay is commensurate with experience. Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with prior experience in zebrafish, cell reprogramming, single-cell transciptomics or neural regeneration research are encouraged to apply.
Ability to work well independently and also enjoy working together on a team.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher.
A minimum of 3 years of research experience in a laboratory setting.
