Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Location: Dracut, MA

Job Description: The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the customer base for Wasik Associates, LLC. This role requires an individual with a strong sales background, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of technical products in industrial settings. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying new business opportunities, negotiating, and closing sales deals, and providing insights into market trends to support product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electron beam processing market through strategic sales techniques.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs, and proposing customized solutions.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of electron beam processing systems to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and technical support teams to ensure customer requirements are met with precision.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to network and promote Wasik’s products.
  • Provide feedback to the product development teams on market needs and potential product enhancements.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure all sales activities align with the company’s ethical standards and business practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an outside sales representative or in a related sales role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Strong technical acumen with an ability to understand and explain complex systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to travel extensively to meet clients, attend exhibitions, and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
