Waste Connections is Hiring a Call Center Representative Near Seekonk, MA

Mega Disposal, A Waste Connections Company is looking for a Seasonal Call Center Representative to join our team for the summer season in Seekonk, MA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as point of contact for all internal and external customers (new and existing)
  • Respond to customer and resident inquiries via phone or email for questions related to waste and recycling services, including scheduling and pick up
  • Analyze account activity and suggest opportunities for service improvements to the customer.
  • Maintain appropriate files and documentation, in accordance with company policy and internal controls
  • Liaise with internal teams to determine service requirements, resolve problems or complaints.
  • Coordinate drivers according to customer requests

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1 year of customer service/office admin experience
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Critical and logical thinking skills
