Local company in El Cajon is looking to hire for both an experienced and non experienced "In Office Technical Support Representativeā. AlarmRelay.com is looking for a candidate who is a hard worker, has a positive attitude, and is a team player. We are looking to support the Public Safety sector and help our customers experience amazing customer service and help our Monitoring Division, protect and save lives. Our company has been in business since 1972, we offer cost-saving services and life safety technology and we even develop code/write our own mobile safety software.
We are hiring for full time positions for Monday-Saturday schedule. Office schedule is from 6am-5pm and schedule is based on an 8 hour shift/ 5 days a week. There are multiple opportunities for advancement within the company, depending on skill and competency level of the candidate.
Candidates with current business phone support experience are desired; but training is offered for hard-working amateurs, who are excellent at Customer Service, looking for opportunity and wanting to learn an *exciting* industry.
Note: This position is not on temporary basis and we are looking for a long term relationship with a new candidate to be a part of our great collective team.
