Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our small but dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of maintenance tasks and possess strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:

- Perform a variety of repairs in resident apartments and common areas such as appliances, plumbing fixtures, windows, blinds, cabinets, electrical, etc..
- Complete market ready apartment turnovers such as changing out toilet seats, blinds, smoke detectors, pulling carpet & padding, prepping walls for painting services, replacing doors, etc...
- Snow blowing sidewalks and/or shoveling during winter months
- Rotate an on call schedule w/ Maintenance Supervisor for after hour emergencies
- Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs without assistance

Experience:

Prior apartment experience preferred but not required
HVAC certification preferred but not required
Willing to obtain an HVAC certification upon joining our team
