Water Street Waffle Company is looking for a fellow foodie to come work with us!

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front of house area, including the dining room, bar, and host stand
- Manage and train front of house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving any issues that arise
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination between front and back of house
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front of house area
- Handle cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash transactions
- Utilize POS system to process orders and payments efficiently

Experience:
- Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff
- Familiarity with culinary terminology and food safety regulations
