Responsible for providing clinical support to the providers to ensure efficient operations during direct patient care. Perform a variety of tasks related to patient care management and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients and document basic medical history, obtain vitals
• Surgical scheduling
• Knowledge of insurance and authorizations
• Precertify and order testing (MRI, Labs)
• Assist during office procedures
• Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments
• Ordering medical supplies

Skills

• Experience as a medical assistant
• Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
• Time management skills and ability to multi-task in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
