Behavior Technician/ Youth Worker responsibilities and duties: WILL TRAIN, certification/degree is NOT required. 3 YEARS MINIMUM OF EXPERIENCE WITH BEHAVIORAL ADOLESCENTS REQUIRED. 

• Responsible for providing direct and indirect management and support to clients who exhibit behavioral challenges in a residential treatment setting 
• Responsible for ensuring that the individual's behavior is managed in a safe, respectful, and effective manner. 
• Establish yourself as a mentor (teach, model, encourage, support, listen)
• Attend weekly staff meetings and all required company trainings.
• Co-facilitate skills classes and social activities 
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
