Job Summary:

Experience on Matrix Care And or SAP Concur .

3 to 5 years experience on Mayor account Payable .

Pay range from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour ,depends on experience.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, managing expense reports, and assisting with month-end closing activities.

Duties:
- Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Manage expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues and inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions

Experience:
- Prior experience in accounts payable or related field
- Proficiency in accounting software such as UltiPro, Sage, or Ceridian
- Strong analytical skills to analyze financial data and reports
- Knowledge of account reconciliation and general accounting principles
- Familiarity with corporate accounting practices
- Experience with accounts receivable is a plus
- Previous exposure to public accounting is advantageous
