**We're looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team!**
Waterton Residential is currently seeking an energetic, professional, personable, and customer service oriented Customer Service Representative! As Customer Service Representative, you will respond to resident inquiries and concerns and provide community information to residents. You will conduct move-in orientation to new residents and follow up with residents following service completed in their home to ensure satisfaction. Above all, you will have a passion for exceeding resident expectations and providing exceptional customer service.
**What our ideal candidate will look like:**
* Passion for providing exceptional customer service
* 1 years experience in a customer service role
* High School diploma or equivalent required
* Strong problem solving skills
* Valid drivers license may be required
* Evenings, weekends and/or holidays may be required
