Salary range: $3,759.00 – $4,674.00 stipend
Time Commitment
- Six days a week.
- Twenty to twenty-five hours a week.
- Three games a week.
- Season Length- 8/19/2024 – 11/23/2024
This is a stipend positionSummaryThe Watertown Public Schools seeks an outstanding Assistant coach to coach the boys soccer team for the 2024-2025 school year. WPS is dedicated to excellence, equity, and community. Come be a part of creating a bright future for WPS students.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Coach the team they are assigned to.
- Take over the duties of the head coach when not present.
- Assist in coaching at practice and games.
- Implement practice plans.
- Oversee scouting of opposition.
- Be a liaison between captain and head coach.
- Coordinate with the athletic office the tasks of rosters, awards, and medical issues.
- CPR certified
- NFHS concussion course completed
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Degree from an accredited college or university
- Experince coaching soccer
- Strong communication and leadership skills
