Time Commitment
- Six days a week
- Twenty to twenty-five hours a week
- Three games a week

This is a stipend position.SummaryThe Watertown Public Schools seeks an outstanding assistant coach to coach the field hockey team for the 2024-2025 school year. WPS is dedicated to excellence, equity, and community. Be a part of creating a bright future for WPS students.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Coach the team they are assigned to.
- Take over the duties of the head coach when not present.
- Assist in coaching at practices and games.
- Implement practice plans.
- Oversee scouting of opposition.
- Be a liaison between captains and head coach.
- Coordinate with the athletic office the tasks of rosters, awards, and medical issues.
- CPR certified
- NFHS concussion course completed
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experince coaching field hocky
- Communicate clearly and effectively
