Salary range: $3,203.00 – $3,783.00 Stipend
Time Commitment
- Five days a week
- Fifteen to twenty hours a week
- Three matches a week
- Season Length- 8/19/2024 - 11/8/2024
This is a stipend position.SummaryThe Watertown Public Schools seeks an outstanding assistant coach to coach the golf team for the 2024-2025 school year. WPS is dedicated to excellence, equity, and community. Be a part of creating a bright future for WPS students.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Coach the team they are assigned to.
- Take over the duties of the head coach when not present.
- Assist in coaching at practice and games.
- Implement practice plans.
- Oversee scouting of opposition.
- Be a liaison between captains and head coach.
- Coordinate with the athletic office the tasks of rosters, awards, and medical issues.
- CPR certified.
- NFHS concussion course
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Experience coaching golf
- Strong communication skills
