Position: Baseball Assistant Coach 

Reports to: Athletic Director 

Stipend Range: $3,668.00-4,560.00

Time Frame: 3/18-5/31/2024

Summary:

The Assistant Coach position is designed to assist the head coach in various duties at the head coach's discretion. The pay for this position is per contract. 

Some Duties Include:

1. Take over the duties of the head coach when not present
2. Assist in coaching at practice or games
3. Implement practice plans
4. Oversee scouting of opposition
5. Be a liaison between captains and head coach
6. Coordinate the athletic office's rosters, awards, and medical issues tasks.
