Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Department: Athletics
Reports to: Director of Athletics
Affiliation: Unit A, Section F
Salary range: $5,142.00 – $7,681.00 stipend
Time Commitment
- Six days a week
- Twenty to twenty-five hours a week
- Three games a week
- Season Length- 8/19/2024 – 11/23/2024

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Planning all areas of the boys soccer team.
- Leading and assisting their coaching staff to coordinate efforts under one program goal and making sure of compliance of rules at all levels.
- Analyze game strategy.
- Implementation of skill development.
- Coverage on bus trips.
- Video analysis of games.
- Statistical analysis of games.
- Attending all league meetings and local, district and state meetings when necessary.
- Reaching out to local Youth Groups to promote their respective sports in town.
- Planning award ceremonies and individual award winners
- CPR Certified.
- NFHS concussion course
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experince coaching soccer
- Communicate clearly and effectively
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
