Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Department: Athletics
Location: Watertown High School
Reports to: Director of Athletics
Affiliation: Unit A - Section F
Salary range: $3,759.00 – $4,674.00 stipend
Time Commitment
- Six days a week
- Twenty to twenty-five hours a week
- Three games a week
- Season Length- 8/19/2024 – 11/23/2024

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Coach the team they are assigned to
- Take over the duties and responsibilities of the head coach when not present
- Assist in coaching at practices and games
- Implement practice plans
- Oversee scouting of opposition
- Be a liaison between captain and head coach
- Coordinate with the athletic office the tasks of rosters, awards, and medical issues
- Promote teamwork and positive work ethic amongst the soccer team
- CPR certified
- NFHS concussion course completed
- Communicate clearly and effectively
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Expereince coaching soccer
