- Ten to fifteen hours a week
- Two games a week

This is a stipend position.SummaryThe Watertown Public Schools seeks an outstanding boys' soccer coach to coach the middle school boys' soccer team for the 2024-2025 school year. WPS is dedicated to excellence, equity, and community. Be a part of creating a bright future for WPS students.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Planning all areas of their team.
- Leading and assisting their coaching staff in coordinating efforts under one program goal and ensuring compliance with rules at all levels.
- Analyze game strategy.
- Implementation of skill development.
- Coverage on bus trips.
- Video analysis of games.
- Statistical analysis of games.
- Attend all league and local, district, and state meetings when necessary.
- Reaching out to local Youth Groups to promote their respective sport in town.
- Planning award ceremonies and individual award winners.
- CPR certified.
- NFHS concussion course completed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience coaching soccer
- Strong communication and leadership skills
