Our food service director, also known as food service manager, is in charge of the operations of dining at the facility.
This person will direct and oversee food service for our patients and employees as well as manage and maintain food service policies and procedures in accordance with NY state department of health and facility policies.
Additionally, they are responsible for hiring and supervising staff.
