Shift: Weekend Shift
Hours: 4:30a to 4:30p
Your Key ResponsibilitiesSome required weekday meetings and operational responsibilities
- Ensuring areas are staffed accordingly, understands work flow and daily demand
- Responsible for build plan execution
- Working with internal and external customers to meet quality guidelines and expectations by using RCCA - root cause corrective action
- Assisting with determining scope, budget, and implementation timeframes of assigned projects
- Developing strong relationships and provides effective communication, prioritization, and alignment
- Serving as a mentor and role model, identifies team member development needs and provides career coaching
- Managing time and attendance
- Collaborating with senior manager and Human Resources on team staffing decisions and employee relations
- Provides maintenance support and troubleshooting of equipment breakdowns independently
- Must have 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing environment with leadership responsibilities
- Must be able to work off shift and Saturdays as required
- Two-year degree and/or Technical certification preferred
- Project management experience preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels including verbal, written and email
- Experience working with and developing teams
- Clear understanding of “servant leadership” mentality
- Coaching skills to develop team members in all aspects of manufacturing management
- Lean training and certification
